Analysis on the Teaching Effect and its Influencing Factors of Hotel Management Major Internship: Take Wuhan Business University as an example

Abstract
Taking the hotel management major of Wuhan Business University as an example, relevant data were collected through questionnaires, and factor analysis was used to reveal the status quo of the teaching effect of in-post internship and find out the factors affecting the teaching effect of in-post internship. The findings are as follows: (1) generally speaking, the teaching evaluation of in-post internship in hotel management major is general; (2) From the perspective of educational system, there is a certain difference in the teaching effect of internship in this specialty of hotel management; (3) From the perspective of influencing factors, students' psychology, students' ability, faculty and school management, hotel system and management are the main factors affecting the teaching effect of on-the-job internship in hotel management major.
