User satisfaction model for mobile e-government service

Abstract

Mobile-user satisfaction is considered the crucial factor that decides the success or failure of any mobile e-government services. Initially, this paper overviews mobile user's needs covering the user satisfaction, mobile user characteristics, quality of service (QoS) of mobile e-government services. Finally, this paper developed "the conceptual user satisfaction model for mobile e-government service "to examine the relationship between user experience, user characteristics and satisfaction with mobile service, and intention to continually use mobile e-government by analyzing quality of service with mobile e-government service.
