Each modular element of the building structure includes a carrier element (1) with connection points for adjacent carrier elements, and a roof covering connected to the carrier element, or formed integrally with it. Each modular element has a square outline in the vertical projection, the shape of the outline having equal dimensions for a defined roof inclination.

Bei einem Fertigteildachbaukasten für Bauwerke, welcher eine Mehrzahl von modularen, selbsttragenden Einzelelementen enthält, weist jedes modulare Einzelelement ein Tragelement (1) mit Anschlussstellen für benachbarte Tragelemente (1) sowie eine mit dem Tragelement (1) verbundene oder einstückig mit diesem ausgebildete Dachhaut (5) auf und jedes modulare Element in der Vertikalprojektion einen rechteckigen, insbesondere quadratischen, Grundriss, dessen Grundrissform modular mit in der Vertikalprojektion gleichen Maßen für eine definierte Dachneigung vorliegt.
