[origin: WO9703422A1] An apparatus for automatically dispensing a sheet material from a supply roll of gift-wrapping paper, comprising means for supporting the roll from which a sheet may be unrolled, sheet feeding means and means for cutting the unrolled sheet. The apparatus further includes means for rewinding the unrolled sheet, said means being arranged to enable each cut sheet to be rolled into an output roll having a selected length.
