Abstract (en)

[origin: JPH0351295A] PURPOSE: To provide an operating device for a crane or the like capable of eliminating problems with electric feed and remote control of wires and ensuring safety of workers. CONSTITUTION: During moving of a pulley block body 11 ascending or descending, pulleys 13 which is subjected to the maximum speed drive a rotor for an AC generator 35 for inducing a three-phase alternating current to a stator of the AC generator 35 via a planetary step-up gear 34. An induced current is rectified via a diode rectifying bridge 48 and regulated by a combined regulator 49 for keeping voltage at 24 V to assure recharge of a battery 36. The battery 36 assures electric feed of a hanging rope 15 and a permanent magnet DC motor 29 of voltage 0-24 V for rotationally driving a hook 9 with/without loads via a control set 38 and the hook 9 assures electric feed of other accessaries by a collector 39 of an electric mechanism.
