Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0152145A1] 1. A panel for the modular construction of a building, comprising a peripheral frame (1, 2, 3, 4) endowed externally with a jointing structure on its circumference (1a, 2a, 3a, 4a), a first network of struts (10) extending within the frame next one of the faces of the latter, a second network of struts (11) extending within the frame next its other face and exhibiting directions crossed with respect to the first network, a first insulating sheet (12) consisting of strips of rigid or semirigid insulation inserted in the frame between the struts (10) of the first network and a second insulating sheet (13) consisting of strips of rigid or semirigid insulation inserted in the frame between the struts (11) of the second network, the said panel being characterized in that : - the two networks of struts (10, 11) are disjointed and separated by an empty space of substantially constant thickness extending in the vicinity of the central plane (M) of the frame ; - at least one wind-brace (6, 7) is arranged in the said empty space and fastened to the inside of the frame with a direction crossed with respect to the two networks of struts (10, 11) ; - the struts (10, 11) of the two networks are arranged so as to rest on opposite sides of the said wind-braces (6, 7) and are fastened onto the latter at the level of the zones of intersection ; - the two insulating sheets (12, 13) rest against the said wind-braces (6, 7) respectively on opposite sides of the latter.
