Tatsugiri (Japanese: シャリタツ Syaritatsu) is a Dragon-type Basic Pokémon card. It was first released as part of the Twilight Masquerade expansion.

Once during your turn, if this Pokémon is in the Active Spot, you may look at the top 6 cards of your deck, reveal a
Supporter card you find there, and put it into your hand. Shuffle the other cards back into your deck.

Tatsugiri is an extremely cunning Pokémon. It feigns weakness to lure in prey, then orders its partner to attack.

Release information
This card was included as a Regular card and a Full Art illustration rare card in the Twilight Masquerade expansion, first released in the Japanese Transformation Mask expansion. The Regular print features artwork by Jerky, while the Full Art illustration rare print features artwork by osare.
In Japan, the Regular print of this card was reprinted as a Mirage Holofoil SV-P Promotional card and was one of the participation prizes given for entering regional Champions League events held during the 2024-25 season, beginning with the 2025 Tokyo Champions League held from September 22 to 23, 2024. Participants in each Champions League event receive this card along with a random promotional Basic Energy card.[1][2] This SV-P Promotional print has the "Pokémon Trading Card Game Championships Series 2025" stamp on the bottom right corner of the artwork.
An SVP Black Star Promotional print of this card with new artwork by Shimaris Yukichi was one of the Prerelease promos for Twilight Masquerade, available in the Twilight Masquerade Build & Battle Box. A print with a gold foil "Staff" stamp was given to those overseeing Prerelease Tournaments. A Non Holofoil version of the Twilight Masquerade card was also included in the Twilight Masquerade Build & Battle Box. The SVP Black Star Promotional print is released in Japan as part of the Terastal Fest ex subset.

Origin
This card's Regular and SVP Black Star Promotional prints feature Tatsugiri in its Curly Form, while the Full Art illustration rare print features Tatsugiri in its Curly, Droopy, and Stretchy Forms. Surf is a move in the Pokémon games that Tatsugiri can learn via TM. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Violet.
