Rocket Prize Master

Pelipper is the Pokémon that delivers the Rocket Prize Master to the trio whenever it is called, carrying the machine around in its bill.

In the event of the Rocket Prize Master failing to dispense a Poké Ball, Pelipper itself can battle for the trio. This was seen in To Train, or Not to Train!, where James commanded it against Chloe, only for it to be defeated by Yamper and Eevee.

Jessie used Gyarados to prevent Ash and Goh from foiling Team Rocket's scheme to steal a group of wild Ivysaur and Bulbasaur. He was eventually defeated by Pikachu's Thunderbolt.

Gyarados's known moves are Ice Fang, Hydro Pump, Aqua Tail, and Hyper Beam.

Jessie used Machamp to prevent Ash and Goh from foiling Team Rocket's scheme to steal a group of Pokémon taking part in the Pokémon Iceberg Race at Snowpoint City, but it was eventually defeated.

None of Machamp's moves are known.

Jessie used Wailord to prevent Ash and Goh from foiling Team Rocket's scheme to steal a Dragonite. However, Wailord's splashing caused trouble with the raft Team Rocket was floating on. Though Team Rocket was ultimately sent blasting off, Wailord remained in the ocean, leaving its current status unknown.

Wailord's only move is Splash.

Jessie used Bellsprout to battle a Drednaw the trio encountered in Wyndon. While attacking, Bellsprout inadvertently cracked the ground, causing a red light to emerge and result in Drednaw Gigantamaxing. Bellsprout subsequently fled in fear.

Bellsprout's only known move is Power Whip.

Jessie used Dusclops to prevent Ash and Goh from foiling Team Rocket's scheme to steal a Gengar. It was used in a Double Battle alongside another Dusclops used by James, only to be defeated by Gengar and Pikachu.

Dusclops's known moves are Shadow Sneak, Fire Punch, and Night Shade.

Chewtle was first seen in The Climb to Be the Very Best!, where Team Rocket encountered it in Wyndon. Team Rocket decided to take it, hoping that Chewtle would one day evolve into a Drednaw capable of Gigantamaxing.

In Kicking It from Here Into Tomorrow!, Jessie used Chewtle to battle Ash and Goh after encountering them at the entrance to their secret base in Vermilion City. It managed to defeat Goh's Scorbunny, but was defeated by Pikachu's Thunderbolt. It later battled Scorbunny again, only to be defeated when it evolved into a Raboot.

In Pikachu Translation Check..., Chewtle was shown in a drone video filmed by Wobbuffet that featured the trio being blasted off by Pikachu.

In Eyes on the Goal!, Chewtle was sent out by Wobbuffet, and ended up competing with a Turtwig in a race across a park. They were later also joined by a group of other turtle Pokémon, until their Trainer, the Shell Sage, called them all back, resulting in Chewtle winning the race by default.

Chewtle's known moves are Water Gun, Headbutt, and Bite.

Jessie used Skarmory to battle Ash and Goh after their attempts to catch Pikachu, Raboot, and Yamper failed, but it was soon defeated.

Skarmory's known moves are Air Cutter and Air Slash.

Jessie sent out Magikarp whilst in their base.

None of Magikarp's moves are known.

Jessie sent out Magnezone to stop Ash and Goh from retrieving the Sobble they captured, only to be sent blasting off by the group.

Magnezone's only known move is Supersonic.

Jessie sent out Carvanha to stop Ash and Goh from stopping them after they had stolen a group of Water-type Pokémon during the Friendship Festival at Slateport City.

Carvanha's known moves are Bite and Take Down.

Jessie sent out Scolipede to battle Goh in Vermilion Forest, only for Scolipede to be distracted by Kricketina Kylie's Bug Pokémon treats and not battle. Scolipede was later sent blasting off alongside Team Rocket by Heracross.

None of Scolipede's moves are known.

Jessie sent out Weavile to battle Ash and Goh in order to steal Ash's Pikachu. While Pikachu was frozen during the battle, he was quickly freed from the ice by Goh's Raboot and proceeded to send Team Rocket blasting off.

Weavile's only known move is Ice Shard.

Jessie sent out Buneary to battle Ash and Goh so they could steal Ash's Pikachu, Goh's Pikachu, and multiple wild Pikachu.

Buneary's known moves are Dizzy Punch*, Quick Attack, and Pound.

Jessie sent out Nidorino to battle Ash at the Pewter Museum of Science when Team Rocket tried to catch a wild Aerodactyl that was recently revived from an Old Amber.

Nidorino's known moves are Venoshock and Poison Sting.

Jessie sent out Rhydon to battle a Zapdos at the Kanto Power Plant. Rhydon assisted Ash and Goh in a Raid Battle against Zapdos.

Rhydon's known moves are Horn Drill and Rock Blast.

Jessie sent out Sawk to battle Lucario and Cinderace at Castelia City. Due to them being stuck together, Sawk was able to deal serious damage, but he was eventually defeated when Cinderace and Lucario started working together.

Sawk's known moves are Low Sweep and Brick Break.

Jessie sent out Drilbur to battle Ash and Goh near Laxton Farm. It faced Goh's newly caught Dugtrio and Ash's Pikachu, only to be quickly defeated.

Drilbur's only known move is Drill Run.

Jessie sent out Poochyena to battle Ash and Goh at Vermilion City, only to be defeated by Jacqueline's Inteleon. It briefly reappeared in a flashback in Not Too Close for Comfort!.

Poochyena's known moves are Yawn, Scary Face, and Shadow Ball.

Jessie sent out Appletun in their secret base for training, only for it to remind the trio of an apple pie and make them hungry.

None of Appletun's moves are known.

Jessie sent out Zigzagoon to battle Ash and Goh as Team Rocket was trying to steal a group of Pokémon at a shopping mall. It was quickly defeated by Ash's Pikachu.

Zigzagoon's only known move is Take Down.

Jessie sent out Dusknoir to battle Darkrai, only to get blasted off by Dark Pulse.

Dusknoir's only known move is Shadow Ball.

Jessie sent out Tropius to battle Ash, Goh, and the All-Out Brothers during the Pokémon Catch Adventure Race. When Vileplume's Sleep Powder failed to work on Grookey, Tropius gave it one of its bananas to distract it.

Jessie sent out Lurantis to battle Ash, Goh, and Erika at the Celadon Gym. After exchanging blows with Goh's Heracross, it was defeated by Pinsir.

Lurantis's known moves are Leaf Blade, Petal Blizzard, and Solar Beam.

Jessie sent out Slakoth to battle Ash and Goh at Vermilion City, but it was too lazy to obey her and quickly returned to its Poké Ball.

Slakoth's only known move is Slack Off*.

Jessie sent out Hattrem to battle Goh at Wyndon. She was eventually defeated when Goh caused Stonjourner to fall on top of her.

Hattrem's only known move is Brutal Swing.

Jessie sent out Stonjourner to battle Goh at Wyndon. It was eventually defeated by Cinderace.

Jessie sent out Arrokuda to battle Goh at Wyndon. It was used as a projectile by Cramorant, but was defeated after Cramorant accidentally swallowed it for a moment.

James sent out Vanillite in their secret base for training, only for it to remind the trio of vanilla ice cream and make them hungry.

None of Vanillite's moves are known.

James sent out Natu to battle Ash and Goh as Team Rocket was trying to steal a group of Pokémon at a shopping mall. It was quickly defeated by Goh's Cinderace.

Natu's only known move is Peck.

James sent out Lunatone to battle Darkrai, only to get blasted off by Dark Pulse.

Lunatone's only known move is Moonblast.

James sent out Dubwool to battle Goh at Wyndon. It was eventually defeated by Inteleon.

James sent out Cramorant to battle Goh at Wyndon, alongside Arrokuda. It was eventually defeated by Grookey.

None of Cramorant's moves are known, and its Ability is Gulp Missile.

Multiple Gulpin were accidentally sent out by Pelipper, creating trouble across Vermilion City as they caused Ash, Goh, and a variety of Pokémon to get stuck together in a large ball.

Gulpin's only known move is Gastro Acid, and their Ability is Sticky Hold.

Grookey is a Pokémon that ended up escaping from the Rocket Prize Master when Pelipper accidentally dropped it in Vermilion City. Grookey found its way to the Cerise Laboratory, where it bonded with Goh, until it was later retrieved by Team Rocket. Grookey ended up escaping Team Rocket's hideout as they slept and joined Goh's team after breaking its old Poké Ball.
