Palafin (Japanese: イルカマン Irukaman) is a Water-type Stage 1 Pokémon card. It was first released as part of the Obsidian Flames expansion.

This attack also does 30 damage to 1 of your opponent's Benched Pokémon. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.)
If this Pokémon didn't move from the Bench to the Active Spot this turn, this attack does nothing.

Release information
This card was included as both a Regular card and a Full Art illustration rare card in the Obsidian Flames expansion, first released in the Japanese Ruler of the Black Flame expansion. The Regular print features artwork by Souichirou Gunjima, while the Full Art illustration rare print features artwork by Akira Komayama.
An SVP Black Star Promotional print of this card was released as one of the Prerelease promos for Obsidian Flames with artwork by nagimiso, available in the Obsidian Flames Build & Battle Box. A print with a gold foil "Staff" stamp was given to those overseeing Prerelease Tournaments. A Non Holofoil version of the Regular card was also included in the Obsidian Flames Build & Battle Box. The SVP Black Star Promotional print was released in Japan, alongside a new Shiny rare print with artwork by Shin Nagasawa and a new Full Art illustration rare print with artwork by akagi, featuring the Shiny version of Palafin, as part of the Shiny Treasure ex subset. The Shiny Treasure ex prints were later released outside Asia in the special Paldean Fates expansion.
Cosmos Holofoil versions of the Obsidian Flames Regular print were available in the Temporal Forces Stage 1 Blisters from March 22, 2024 and in the Palafin, Baxcalibur & Garganacl Blister from April 11, 2024.
