Release information
This card was included as both a Regular and a Full Art ultra rare card in the Obsidian Flames expansion, first released in the Japanese Ruler of the Black Flame expansion. Both prints feature artwork by Naoki Saito.
A Full Art ultra rare print of this card with different artwork by Teeziro is included in the Japanese Terastal Fest ex subset.

Origin
Ortega is the boss of Team Star's Fairy crew, the Ruchbah Squad. A portion of Ruchbah Squad's Base is featured in the Obsidian Flames Regular print's illustration. The Terastal Fest ex ultra rare print depicts Ortega in his Naranja Academy uniform as seen in the Pokémon Scarlet and Violet post-game.
