Temporary Working Abroad
Work from anywhere, 10 business day a year. We expect Birds to work from their hired country. For many reasons - including employment law and customer SLAs - we don’t offer the option to work from anywhere in the world. We do recognize the need to visit family abroad for instance, so we allow this for 10 business days a year, as long as the hired timezone can be adhered to.

As you'll work from home, we ensure your home office setup is top-notch.We’ll send you branded gear (and love our outfits!) and help you buy whatever you need to work effectively and ergonomically. Your MacBook, screen, keyboard, chair, desk, and light – are all part of the package.
