Victor Baynard Woolley
Victor Baynard Woolley (1867-1945) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit.
He was nominated by President Woodrow Wilson on August 7, 1914 to fill the seat vacated by George Gray. He was confirmed by the Senate on August 12th, and received commission that same day. On May 1, 1938, he assumed senior status. He continued to serve in this capacity until his death on February 22, 1945.[1]
