Richard G. Spicer
Richard G. Spicer is a former Minnesota First Judicial District judge for Dakota County, Minnesota. He was appointed to this position on January 4, 1991, by Governor Perpich and was elected to a full term in 1992. He retired in 2014.[1][2]
Education
Spicer received his B.A. from the University of Minnesota in 1969 and his J.D. from the University of Kentucky School of Law in 1972.[1]
Career
Prior to joining the court, Spicer worked as a private practice lawyer from 1972 to 1990.[1]
2010 election
