Philip Rodgers
Philip E. Rodgers, Jr. is a former judge of the 13th Circuit Court in Michigan. He was elected to the court in November 1990 and assumed office on January 1, 1991. Rodgers was re-elected in 1996, 2002, 2008, and 2014.[1][2] Rodgers retired on October 28, 2016.[3]
Education
Rodgers received his bachelor's degree, master's degree in public policy in 1977, and his J.D. in 1978 from the University of Michigan.[1]
Career
Before he became a judge, Rodgers worked as a partner and trial attorney for the law firm of Menmuir, Zimmerman, Rollert and Kuhn.[1]
