Mark Wagoner is a former Republican member of the Ohio State Senate, representing District 2 from 2009 to 2013. Wagoner served in the Ohio State House of Representatives from 2005 to 2008. While in the Senate, he served as Majority Whip.

Wagoner is an attorney.

Wagoner earned his B.A. in Government/History from Georgetown University. He went on to receive his J.D. from Ohio State University College of Law.
