Francis C. Wasserman
Francis C. Wasserman is a former judge of the Seventeenth Judicial District Court in Colorado. He was appointed in July 2005 and was most recently retained by voters in 2014.[1] Wasserman retired on October 17, 2016.[2]
Education
Wasserman received both his bachelor's degree and his J.D. from the University of Florida. He earned the latter in 1981.[1]
Career
Wasserman served as a chief trial deputy district attorney in the 17th District prior to his judicial appointment in 2005. He also worked as an adjunct professor at the University of Denver College of Law.[1]
Elections
2014
Wasserman was retained to the Seventeenth Judicial District with 63.6 percent of the vote on November 4, 2014. [3]
Judicial performance evaluation
The Colorado Commissions on Judicial Performance recommended that Judge Wasserman be Retained. The full report is available here.
