George Hay
George Hay was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. He was nominated by President John Quincy Adams on December 13, 1825. He was confirmed by the Senate on March 31, 1826, and received commission that same day. He served until his death on September 21, 1830.[1]
