Andre Cushing III
Andre Cushing III was a Republican member of the Maine State Senate, representing District 10. He was first elected to the chamber in 2012, and he served until December 2018. Cushing did not file to run for re-election in 2018.
Cushing served in the Maine House of Representatives, representing District 39 from 2008 to 2012 and serving as House majority whip from 2010 to 2012.

Cushing won election in the 2012 election for Maine State Senate District 33. He ran and won against James Emerson in the Republican primary on June 12, 2012,[9] and was defeated by Sherman Leighton (D) in the general election on November 6, 2012.[10]
