Atlas FlexPass

Atlas FlexPass (“FlexPass”) is a benefit enabling Eligible Cardholders to receive reimbursement for up to $600 per year of Cancellation/Change Fee charged with respect to Eligible Airfare Purchases (i) that are canceled for any reason, (ii) for which reimbursement is sought before the Benefit End Date, and (iii) if the Eligible Cardholder is not eligible to receive a reimbursement from another source. 
Trip Cancellation and Reimbursement Process
Eligible Airfare Purchase Request for Reimbursement
  1. Eligible Cardholders may complete a Request for Reimbursement under FlexPass at by contacting Atlas Member Services at help@atlascard.com. The Benefit Administrator must be notified as soon as reasonably possible, but no more than 90 days after trip cancellation.
  2. The Benefit Administrator will review the Request for Reimbursement and may request additional materials from the Eligible Cardholder to support the Request for Reimbursement. Additional information must be submitted no more than thirty (30) days from the time of request, or as soon as reasonably possible.
    1. In order for the Benefit Administrator to evaluate a FlexPass Request for Reimbursement, the Eligible Cardholder must cooperate by providing any requested documents or statements that determine the amount of the Cancellation/Change Fees and whether such fees are eligible for reimbursement by any other means.
    2. Other means of reimbursement include, but are not limited to, a travel voucher or credit from the airline, or if another trip cancellation reimbursement or travel voucher product is available with respect to the Eligible Airfare Purchase.
  3. If a FlexPass Request for Reimbursement is approved by the Benefit Administrator, reimbursement of the approved amount will be paid directly to the Eligible Cardholder through a statement credit to the applicable Atlas Card.
Benefit Communication
After an eligibility decision has been made, Atlas will communicate directly with the Eligible Cardholders on whose Atlas Card the Eligible Airfare Purchase was transacted.
Other Restrictions
If any Request for Reimbursement made under FlexPass is determined to be fraudulent, in bad faith, or if any fraudulent means or devices are used by any party requesting benefits, all benefits will be forfeited. This offer is subject to change and may be canceled at any time without notice.  Statement credits may take 4-6 weeks to appear on your statement once a Request for Reimbursement has been approved.
Defined Terms
Capitalized terms have the meanings set forth below. 
Atlas” means Atlas Exploration, Inc. and/or its subsidiaries.
Atlas Card” means the charge card product offered by Atlas.
Benefit Administrator” means the party with whom Atlas has partnered to administer claims for reimbursement.
Benefit End Date” means the date 90 days after the date of the Eligible Airfare Purchase to which the Cancellation/Change Fee is applicable.
Cancellation/Change Fees” means any fees charged by the applicable airline to the Eligible Cardholder’s Atlas Card in connection with the Eligible Cardholder’s cancellation of, or change to, an Eligible Airfare Purchase. 
Eligible Cardholder” means an Atlas Card member in good standing at the time of the Request for Reimbursement, who is a traveler for the Eligible Airfare Purchase.
Eligible Airfare Purchase” means the one original itinerary containing standalone airfare purchased with the Eligible Cardholder’s Atlas Card.
Request for Reimbursement” means a request made by the Eligible Cardholder to the Benefit Administrator for the reimbursement as set forth in these terms. The Eligible Cardholder can make a request by providing notice and documentation required by the Benefit Administrator that states the amount of the Cancellation/Charge Fees to be reimbursed up to the amount stated on the statement of the applicable Atlas Card.
