Welcome to the IERF Online Application

Thank you for your interest in obtaining an IERF evaluation report for your studies.

To avoid unnecessary delays, be sure to check if original, official academic records are required for evaluation. To make such a determination, please check the requirements of the institution where you wish to send your IERF report (e.g., university, employer, state board). You are also advised to check our country-specific requirements at: https://www.ierf.org/for-individuals/standard-application/required-documentation/).

Submission of Your Academic Records

The safety of your educational records is important to us, if original records are required for submission. If you are able to have your school or exam board issue official electronic records directly, please arrange to have your institution send them to records@ierf.org. Please also request that they reference your file number (or date of birth).

Many schools and boards use a formal digital delivery service, such as MyEquals in Australia and MyCreds in Canada. There are also global electronic providers such as Truecopy.
We also accept certified true copies that are attested by the school/board and emailed directly to us by the issuing educational institution.
In such instances, the email must come from the registrar’s or records’ office, or from a school official whose position we are able to verify within the institution of study.
However, if not all the necessary details are included on the electronic document, IERF reserves the right to request that you contact your institution of study to mail the original official documents directly to our office in hard copy form.
Please note that this email format is not accepted for licensure in the following professions: barbering and cosmetology, massage therapy, and physical therapy. Original training records must be sent by physical mail directly by the school to IERF.

If original academic records are not required, then you will be able to upload full color scans into our application system when you apply.

Did you previously receive an IERF evaluation? If yes, welcome back! We are delighted to be able to assist you again. If you are reapplying, please be sure to provide your previous IERF number when asked in the online application. If you do not have this information, please contact us at support@ierf.org

Completion of Evaluation Report

Once your IERF application and academic records have been received, the official report will be issued upon completion of your evaluation, along with an applicant copy in PDF format.
