IMPORTANT:
1. Your order(s) must be purchased by ZenMarket during the promotional period to be eligible.
2. Please note that your items might not be eligible for the points cashback in some cases if your items aren't available for purchase immediately due to additional actions needed to complete your purchase. Additional actions may include, but are not limited to:
  1. Seller requesting that we message them before making the purchase.
  2. Request for lacking item order details.
  3. Seller evaluation or verification.
  4. User account security checks for high price items.
  5. Seller stock levels (item sold out, purchase limits, etc.)

4. Eligible items will have the earned ZenPoints applied automatically to your account on the day your item is shipped overseas - no coupon codes needed!
5. The promotion applies only to the item price and does not apply to domestic shipping costs.
6. Items that are unable to be purchased by ZenMarket and result in funds being returned to the customer will not be eligible to earn ZenPoints.
7. We cannot cancel an item after you have clicked the payment button. If you wish to cancel an item for purchase, please delete the item from your shopping cart before you pay for the item. Even if you cannot receive ZenPoints on that item, please note that we cannot cancel orders from Rakuma regardless of the reason once you have paid for.
8. Users are allowed to have only one (1) ZenMarket account. Users with multiple accounts will be deemed in direct violation of the Terms & Conditions and therefore ineligible for the discount.
9. ZenMarket reserves the right to block or ban accounts found in violation of the Terms & Conditions.
