Villanova signee Dylan Painter joined 2018 5-star Cameron Reddish at the Villanova-Georgetown game earlier. Michael Kidd-Gilchrist was there too - 'Nova has been attracting plenty of NBA talent this year.

Dylan Painter committed to Villanova in mid-September. It will be good to have him on campus for the biggest recruiting event of the year.

Local class of 2016 wing Lamar Stevens from Roman Catholic (Pa.) picked Pat Chambers and Penn State over Villanova. The 6'6" small forward is ranked #77 by 24/7, #70 by ESPN, and #90 by Scout.

The Hershey (Pa.) product joins Omari Spellman to form a formidable frontcourt on the Main Line.

Hunter picked up a Villanova offer in late July, and then took an unofficial visit to campus in early August. He's scheduled 4 of his 5 official visits and is trying to make a decision in the fall.

The 6'6" 2016 forward from Friends' Central School made some notable cuts from his extensive offer list, including Temple and North Carolina State.
Huerter schedules 'Nova official visit
The 4-star guard will be on campus in late August.
Painter schedules 2 visits
Painter will be on campus August 25th and 26th for an official visit, and then will trip to Penn State on September 12th for another official. He plans to make visits to all remaining schools (minus Xavier, who he already visited) before making a decision.
Huerter focusing on 6 schools
Creighton, Iowa, Maryland, Michigan, Notre Dame and Villanova are still in the hunt - but he hasn't completely eliminated Syracuse or Davidson. With official visits scheduled to Notre Dame and Maryland so far, he's looking at an October decision.
