In 1999 VU Hoops started as an email list of people from around the country (and if you count Toronto, the world) who were looking to share information about Villanova Basketball that was not easily found outside of the Philadelphia area.

Based from Seattle, the list evolved into a blogspot site, then a wordpress site, then in August 2012- a complete move to SB Nation.

We strive to deliver you complete coverage of Villanova related information and the BIG EAST as well.
