Congrats to Providence on regular season title.

Blemish free resume: Currently, our resume is blemish free. Worst loss is at Creighton, which everyone knows is always a tough game. The victory over Tennessee is getting better with age. I think in some respects, our game against Butler and first round BIg East game is more important than Providence on Tuesday. Given the recent caranage, 5-0 can get us on the two seed line. However, if we struggle and end up as a 4 or 5, I think our blemish free season bodes well for our first round game. 2 seed would be great!

Lady Cats got something good going on! ESPN bracketology has us on the outside looking in of the field of 64. A win over Xavier today and 1, maybe two wins in the BIg East tourney clearly gets us in the field. I think they can do some damage when they get there, too! Think the ladies program has turned a corner and will be competitive for years to come!

Recruiting is going to change as NIL rules are figured out. Does Jay adjust, or retire and go to the booth? Think next years recruiting class is the last one we can count on. Not sure how it all plays out, but seems to me that Power 5 schools will get yet another advantage.

Nova Player of the Year: Has to be Eric Dixon, right? Feel free to argue in the comments. He is certainly our best surprise!

College basketball as a whole is very dubious this year. Think there are 25 teams that have a legiitimate chance to win it all this year. Solely going to come down to favorable matchups and who gets hot. Our 2018 team was historically good, and I don't see another team like that in the country right now.
