Coming from the dead just to say my theory about Pale King, he was just a usurper and not a god at all, like don’t you think is a bit bizarre he made a religion for himself with people needing idols to idolatrized him and made this a constant on the lives of his people?
But he is considered a god by the godseekers and a powerful one, I don’t hear you say because this is a text post and I’m making up what you will say, yes imaginary person in my head but consider Great Prince Zote, dude got only one worshipper and can kick Ghost ass just as any boss in the game, and I’m pretty sure the Bretta shire was important to his godhood.
And other why Pale King would need to know about the Mask Maker? Like the dude in the middle of nowhere doing like strange works and PK crown seems fake and inorganic, “but he had the king seal” I hear you say again, here is a thing Ghost got it, and don’t doubt is up for grabs for anyone.
And last but not least not going to enter on this a lot because I’m a white american, but like a white god coming and bringing “progress” by destruction, aka the railways, making worship of other gods prohibited and don’t you think is strange that the moths a civilization that was there long before PK even think in existing suddenly one has only one alive? And like if they died with the plague shouldn’t you know them be moving around like zombies? And doubt Radiance would care to let them die with dignity after they betrayed her.
You must be asking why are you making this post weird person on the internet? Well simple first I always wanted to make it but in comic form, and second Silksong is coming out and really wish we get more bastard kids from PK
More family/runaway au. Part 2 of this thing cuz i cant fit a bunch of photos in one post.
The Hunter’s Journal is a Hollow Knight zine based on the in-game bestiary.
Our goal is to feature full-composition art pieces of the different major bosses in the game and single-character art pieces of more common enemy types, minor bosses, and unique enemies. We will also have writing applications for intros to the different areas in the game.
The zine will be both physical and in PDF forms. All profits from the zine will be donated to the Xerces Society for Invertebrate Conservation.
Interest check opens next week Friday, July 19th!
