This forum is intended more for discussion about the cases and their developments and less for discussion/speculation about the downstream implications for the future of FSU and college football itself.

I'll try to contribute as much as I can, but I am even more interested to learn from the insights many of you may bring.

FSU has conveniently provided links to the complaint, the ACC manual (including the bylaws), and the GOR (2013 and 2016 versions).

Much was discussed in the first thread (link below). However, the conversation in this thread should start to evolve from moderately-constrained speculation to more meaningful analysis as responses are filed (especially if either or both Defendants in their respective cases file a Motion to Dismiss).
