	3:29pm doctorjazz: I did, spent a week in Chiang Mai, Thailand, visited the Elephant Rescue Park , then went to Vietnam for 2 weeks, walked in the cities (dangerous enough, the motor bikers are crazy everyone on the road is playing chicken, biking seemed to be suicide) , but biked through the countryside, through some floods. Was crazy but fun Biked about 30+ miles a day. Loving the Land!

	6:39pm Franco Twinkie: NGH. I just have to put in my two cents regarding tortillas. I love both corn and flour. However, I find it much simpler to make a passable flour. Corn, because of the lack of gluten is a trickier proposition.

	3:29pm doctorjazz: I did, spent a week in Chiang Mai, Thailand, visited the Elephant Rescue Park , then went to Vietnam for 2 weeks, walked in the cities (dangerous enough, the motor bikers are crazy everyone on the road is playing chicken, biking seemed to be suicide) , but biked through the countryside, through some floods. Was crazy but fun Biked about 30+ miles a day. Loving the Land!
