scamming blackmail and fraud lies and ask for more

not sure how this # got my name, slightly disturbing, and they even spelled it correctly...

Also the message my daughter received was the same as mine, but she is underage and it freaked her out. Whoever has the access to even know our names, especially an underage girl... thats freaky and Im sure illegal!!! Will investigate this further with the law!!!!

don't appreciate the anonimous text messaging like this person knows me. My daughter had the same text but different number about an hour before I received mine. Very annoying and do not have room in my life for bogusbullshit like this!!!

I received a text: "Hola [myname]!" from an unknown sender. I did not reply to the message.

Some one called me from this number and withdrew funds from my checking account

Calling me on my office Biz line said hold on then hung up on me

These people called me said I took out a loan that I didn't pay back and now criminal charges are being filed against me. He said they have been trying for months to reach me. I told him he was lying and all this is a bunch of bullsh*t and never to call me again or I'm calling the police. So far I haven't heard back from them.

someone called me from this number saying that they have my name on a lawsuit and for me to give them a call back. That it is of urgency for me to do this. They had called me once befor with a totally different number. saying that i was involved in a hit and run and i fled from the scene. and this person was trying to sue me. i called them on this i asked for specifc information that they couldn't give me. So i told him it was a lie and they hadn't called in about a month. and now they are starting again.

These people are calling saying they are filing a lawsuit but when you ask for information they say they have mailed and e mail you information its a scam they can't give you any info
