i think this person is a scammer because he told me his name was Mario Smith fro Beverly Hills California

Message on my answering machine said I was have a law suit brought against me and I was to call this phone number

Inappropriate to claim they are the IRS when they call. Lucky no private information given/

Call from this "unavailable number today saying that it was the IRS and that this was my final notice that IRS was filing a lawsuit against me. Thank you for Spokeo! I read other complaints and see I am not alone in believing this was a SCAM, as the IRS mails out all notices of anything, through the postal service. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Caller said they were with the IRS and they were suing me. I did not stay on the call, but will get additional information if they call back.

RECEIVED 2 RECORDED CALLS CLAIMING I WAS BEING SUED BY THE IRS. CALLED 320-634-6072 AS INSTRUCTED TO GET ADDITIONAL INFORMATION. PERSON WITH STRONG FOREIGN ACCENT (INDIA?) ASKED IF I WANT TO SETTLE MY $1828 DEBT FOR YEARS 2011-2013. THREATENED THAT THE SHERIFF WILL BE SERVING A WARRANT AND I WILL HAVE TO PAY $$$$ MORE BECAUSE I WAS NOT COOPERATIVE.

I am getting calls from this number stating that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me!

People sounding like they were from India, said I owed $3700 in taxes from 2011 to 2013. Asked if I wanted to go to court or settle out of court. When I said this sounds like a scam they got mad and said they would cancel my drivers license, put a lean on my house and bank accounts. I said I was going to report them. They had said that the IRS filed a law suit and warrant on me also.

They have called me on 3 different numbers saying IRS is suing me, yet I have no balance with them. I too am on do not call list and I just keep blocking them and they use another number.
