This is from a company that provides Wellness Coaching per an agreement with certain health plans, such as the one my wife has from work. They call with health and wellness coaching suggestions for things such as weight control, stress management, exercise and nutrition, and more.

I do not know the name of the company given at the beginning of the automated call. An automated computer voice wanted me to confirm my birthdate. I asked to speak to a representative and it kept asking for my birthdate so I hung up. I don't give out personal info.....
