I Answered it and nobody responded

This number calls from early morning (before 8am which is illegal) never leave messages and the handful of times that I did answer the man had to "look up" who he needed to talk to! For someone to call my phone and not know the name of person I thought was just deplorable then he made the mistake of stating that he was looking for blah blah blah person----wrong name he used( he asked to talk to person by the name of my hubbys first name and my maiden name that I havent used in over 17 years!!! So I told him that no one lived here by that name and he got very angry with me and started yelling at me so I hung up after telling him not to call again......calls stopped for about a month but hes back!!! time to involve the better business bureau and the attorney generals office especially since im on no call list and this number is supposed to be blocked from coming in on my phone
