They leave a message with claim number that their is legal pending issue and to call Ms Reynolds at 800-290-1065.

This company called my wifes phone asking to speak with my daughter (an 8yr old) all they would tell my wife is my daughter had a past due medical bill. when my wife informed them that the daughter was a minor and all here bills were paid by insurance they refused to answer anymore questions or tell my wife who the original bill was from then continued to hang up on her when she asked to speak with a Manager. The adults being the financially responsible party you would think they would want to talk with us and get the matter resolved. NO SUCH LUCK now they won't even answer our calls. sounds like a scamm company to me. by the way the exact amount they were asking for matches a fraudulant Purchas that was attempted on my bank card just 3day before this incident. sounds fishy to me.
