I am on the Do Not Call register and this telemarketer keeps calling.

This person called our office and said they where from our utility company. He spoke in spanish and said they will disconect our power unless we made an emergency payment at our local CVS or Rite Aide. His name was Manuel Gonzalez. Contacted our local power company and they confirmed it was a scam.

This guy, Mr. Rodrequez, is a SCAMMER. Don't buy anything from this guy, he will try to talk you out of your money. He is a crook!

Claimed to work for an attorney and was filing criminal charges against me for theft, forgery etc for a payday loan that I have never had. New what bank I used to use and the last 4 digits of my social security number. Wanted me to pay over the phone. I called the state's attorneys office and reported them when I couldn't locate the attorney's office to call back. Never never pay something like that over the phone.

I'm on do not call list. why do they make multiple calls?

I have had the exact same experience for Months with this company! My phone number is also on the Do Not Call list. Trying to call #801-738-0052 back to get my number removed has availed nothing--their message simply says that this Magic Jack customer is not available, and no messages can be recorded. I telecommute for a high profile company, and my home phone is a business only number; this has become extremely interruptive to my work day. Are there any other suggestions on how to Make This Stop??
