Caller pretends to be an officer named Jim Parker from Crime Investigation Division and informs you that you are under criminal investigation for non-payment of federal funds. Speaks with a very heavy Indian accent and when you don't understand, he connects you to his supervisor Officer Max Wilson. Who also speaks with a very heavy Indian accent and speaks very rapidly and unintelligibly, informing you that owe money to the IRS. When you threaten them about reporting them they hang up. These appear to be very amateurish scam artists and I hope nobody falls for them. I have reported them to the local police, who will probably forward it to the FBI. Beware!
