They said they were from the IRS and said I owed money to IRS and that we purposefully underpaid and that I had to be home to morrow so we could be served with papers for a lawsuit pending against us and said the sheriff would have warrants for our arrest tomorrow!! This is sick and not true!! they called on my cell phone 276-252-6413

This phone was listed on my ID caller and the pre-recorded message left was IRS is lodging a case against me. The call back number provided was 253-693-2009.
So, I checked 253-693-2009 and the information says a prank call.

This is a robo call scam. In very broken English the computer states a message that they are with the Internal Revenue Service and "This is a final notice for the lawsuit place against you". This is not typo, it broken English.
