Messaging overload, unknown person

I received a call from this number today and it said new voicemail. I retrieved the message and it was heavy breathing and the sound of a someone typing on a keyboard in the background. No message left

Called and rambled senseless comments. Asked for my wife. Idiot with no life.

Got really tired of getting calls from this number with no message left. Finally picked up the call to see who it was. They asked for my husband and when I told them he was unavailable, they told me they didn't want to talk to me and hung up.

This telemarketer calls me constantly, in spite of my blocking them.

does not leave message-just hangs up. I refuse to answer this call. thank you for telling me it's a telemarketer

Multiple daily calls. Rings 3 times and disconnects. This has been going on for monyhs
