No one answered when I call back , just rings and rings . They don't leave a message,just continue to call non stop

Calls my work # multiple times a day and just hangs on the phone. Not sure if it is a telemarketer or a nut. I am on the Do Not Call list. This is very annoying.

I can't stand the fact that this is one number that you can't put on your do not call list because no one picks up the phone when you call them and they or the computer hangs up when they call you!!!

Called three times, I missed the call twice, but received it the last time, and said "hello", but no one answered!
