Stated where IRS Internal rev Ser and was final notice to inform that IRS was filing lawsuit and to get more info on case file call office 509-590-2186. I am a retired IRS employee and I worked in collection that is not how it works! I also reported it to IRS fraud

No idea who this was. Called my cell number which I don't give to everyone. They did not leave a message.

Said it was the IRS and that they had a lawsuit against me. I just hang up.

recd call from this number saying irs was going to sue me

Said they were from the Internal Revenue Service and that a lawsuit was being processed against me.

I have gotten a voicemail from this company stating that they are the IRS and they have been trying to reach me because the IRS has a law suit against me. I have not answered. They also called earlier today under this phone number: 710-201-7296, with the same message, and I didn't answer or return that call either.
