This company keeps auto dialing despite not picking up or having ever contacted them

This is a fax machine that is trying to call my cell phone. A year (or more) ago, this same number called at all hours (11 pm, 1 am, 3 am). I asked my number to be purged from their records, but it's started again.

I have gotten at least 10 calls from this number from 9am-3pm today. When I hang up on them they call back within minutes. I answered twice and just got a beeping noise. My caller ID shows Humana, Inc.

Your phone number has called our residence 8 times in the last half hour. Please stop.

They called 12 times between 6:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m. on 3-19-13 & I have already received 3 calls this morning. There is never anyone on the line. It beeps like a fax number. This is harassment. HELP!!!!
