The NCAA Regional Rules Seminars are an NCAA legislation, athletics compliance and associated issues educational forum designed to benefit participants with different responsibilities, backgrounds, experiences and levels of expertise. Attendees are athletics administrators, coaches and other campus administrators in the areas of financial aid, registration and admissions from Divisions I, II and III member schools and conferences.

The seminar this year will take place in Indianapolis. Educational sessions run from Wednesday morning through Friday evening and include Association-wide programming and sessions for all three divisions.

2025 Regional Rules Registration

The NCAA Regional Rules Seminars are free for employees or students of a member school or conference. There is a nominal registration fee for nonmember attendees. Hotel reservations may be made through the online reservation system with a valid credit card.  All attendees are responsible for their own travel, hotel, meals and other costs. Registration will open in mid-March.
