Remains away from team
Zeller has yet to suit up for either Houston or Atlanta this season, and there's no clear timetable for his return. The big man can be considered out indefinitely until the team provides another update on his status.

No longer on injury report
Eason didn't play against the Spurs on Wednesday due to left lower leg injury management, but the fact that he's not on the injury report suggests he should be good to go Saturday. Eason has started the last six games for which he's been available, averaging 13.2 points, 5.7 rebounds, 1.7 assists, 2.2 steals and 1.5 blocks across 30.8 minutes per game in that span.

Sticking with first unit
With Fred VanVleet (ankle) expected to reclaim his role in the starting five on Saturday against the Kings, the Rockets will move Jabari Smith to the second unit, keeping Thompson in the starting lineup. The second-year swingman has started in each of his last 24 appearances due to VanVleet and Smith both missing time, during which he has averaged 16.8 points, 9.6 rebounds, 5.3 assists, 1.8 steals and 1.6 blocks across 37.8 minutes per game.
