Emma Conover

Emma is NACo's legislative assistant for the Finance, Pensions, and Intergovernmental Affairs & Technology and Telecommunications portfolios. She provides policy and administrative support to the government affairs team and NACo committee members. Before joining NACo, Emma held internships at Oceana and the U.S. Department of State. She received her bachelor's degree from Washington and Lee University in global politics and Spanish.
