Wu Weixiong earned his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Automation from Huaqiao University in July 2015. From July 2015 to December 2021, he was primarily engaged in electrical testing and maintenance work for hydropower station equipment. In January 2022, he joined Mamaya Photovoltaic Branch of Guizhou Beipanjiang Electric Power Co.,Ltd., where he has been managing safety production for photovoltaic power stations. Currently, Wu Weixiong serves as the Deputy Director of the Guanling Area and Deputy Station Manager of Yongxin Photovoltaic Power Station at Mamaya Branch of Guizhou Beipanjiang Electric Power Co.,Ltd. His research interests are centered around the theme of electrical automation.

Mr. Gao Rui graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Thermal Energy and Power Engineering from the School of Electrical Engineering at Guizhou University in 2015. He has been serving as the Deputy Director (acting as the Director) of the Production Technology Department at Mamaya Branch of Guizhou Beipanjiang Electric Power Co.,Ltd., Ltd. since April 2024. His research interests focus on the theme of electrical automation.

In 2008, Wu Peng graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Information Engineering from East China University of Technology, marking the beginning of his journey in the field of electrical engineering. Since graduation, he has been actively engaged in his work, leveraging his solid professional knowledge and a proactive learning attitude. Currently, Wu Peng serves as the Electrical Specialist in the Production Technology Department at Mamaya Branch of Guizhou Beipanjiang Electric Power Co.,Ltd., where he carries significant responsibilities. His research focuses on the theme of electrical automation.

Born in October 1988, Yuan Chen obtained her Bachelor's degree in Atmospheric Sciences from Chengdu University of Information Technology in 2010 and subsequently earned her Master's degree in the same field in 2014. In 2020, she assumed the role of Head of the Professional Services Department at Guizhou New Meteorological Technology Co., Ltd. Her research focuses on the theme of professional meteorological services.

Born in February 1990, Xia Xiaoling obtained her Bachelor's degree in Applied Meteorology from Nanjing University in 2012 and later earned her Master's degree in Atmospheric Physics and Atmospheric Environment from Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology in 2024. She currently serves as the Head of the Energy Department at Guizhou New Meteorological Technology Co., Ltd. Her research focuses on several key areas, including specialized meteorological services, energy meteorological services, and tobacco meteorological services .

Born in September 1980, Renfeng Liu holds a Ph.D. degree and serves as a Master's supervisor. He graduated from the School of Automation at Huazhong University of Science and Technology, earning a Master’s degree in June 2004 and a Ph.D. degree in December 2012. In July 2015, he completed his postdoctoral research at the School of Telecommunications, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Since 2015, he has been engaged in teaching and research at the School of Mathematics and Computer Science, Wuhan Polytechnic University. His primary research interests include embedded technology applications, image processing and applications, deep learning algorithm research, and meteorological radar data applications.

Wang Yifei, a Master's student in Electronic Information. From 2020 to 2024, he pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Technology at Wuhan Polytechnic University. Since 2024, he has been studying for his Master's degree at the same university. His research interests include power prediction, machine learning, and time series analysis.
