Prof. Gun Li received his B.S. degree in theoretical physics from the Northwest Normal University, China, in 2001 and received his Ph.D. degree in Astrometry and Celestial Mechanics at the Graduate University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, China, in 2007. Since 2007, he has been a teacher at the University of Electric Science and Technology of China. His current research interests include time synchronization, satellite navigation, plasmas physics， signal processing, Intelligent Information Processing and Control Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition, Intelligent systems and Applications, Measurement and Control Communication, and Navigation Control.
