I think we are going to have a team similar to the one Brazil currently has. The Brazilian team has a good midfield and a great forward line, but they neglected their defense a few years ago. As a result, they are still struggling. Are we going to emulate their model? Real Madrid currently has a great midfield and a strong forward line with the inclusion of Endrick and Mbappe. We should all understand that one mistake in defense can be disastrous, but one mistake in offense gives us another chance to recover.

We were looking for solutions for our midfield and offense outside of our own system. To be honest, I am sure we did not have a plan for developing such solutions internally. It also depends on the coach to some extent. Our current coach has often told us that he will not allow the training and development of youth during the season; instead, he wants the million-dollar man. What is the point of being efficient if we cannot develop any part of our ecosystem on our own? At the very least, we should be efficient in developing our homegrown defense team. The majority of our defense team is in their thirties and on a declining trend. This has not been addressed in the last few years. If not, then why are you not offering me the President's position instead of holding it yourself if you want to give everything to others? If the current model continues for a long time, we will eventually be dependent on contracted soldiers, like Russia, or proxies like Hezbollah or Hamas. I suggest we bring back some of our young defenders who graduated from Castilla and are performing very well at Girona and other La Liga clubs. One interesting fact is that we sell our products for 5-6 million but buy at a minimum of 50-60 million. What a foolish game!

Why the US Navy SEAL is considered one of the best in the world. It’s because of their training, learning, atmosphere, technology and many more. Even so, they do not believe in the technology of others; rather they are the believer of their own. We, REAL Madrid like other prominent European clubs, have already inflated the market in an astounding manner. We cannot blame others since we are part of the value chain. The market is electrified with millions and millions of Euros. It’s going to touch billions, and nobody knows the end of it.

But building soldiers in a tight atmosphere like US Navy SEAL would be something that will be a great option for some decades. Maybe it will not be a permanent option since this world is very dynamic and everything is changing every day. Still, we can believe in our technology, the model of capacity building, rigorous and continuous training, psychological counseling, education on how to avoid serious injuries like ACL and others. Building a full ecosystem of the value chain is something that we can value it and acclaim as our model of sustainability.

I can understand that we deserve to be a multicultural team with humanity and strong governance system. Football legends, like, Cristiano Rolando currently advocating others to follow the model of Real Madrid. I am a born supporter of Brazil as a national team. But I will never advocate bringing all the Brazilians into all the positions at Real Madrid.

You will find that there are some cultures in this modern world that want all other people to be converted to them, and they want to sell the idea that they are the best in the world and their people are only the best people who will all go to heaven. Others are naïve and will be dumped into hell. Because of their mentality, there is no peace in those cultures, no scientific and ethical development there. The majority of people is fully corrupted and is twisted into one common philosophy to convert others to their toxic philosophies.
