Deep research is now available to all ChatGPT Plus, Team, Edu, and Enterprise users. Give it a prompt and ChatGPT will find, analyze, and synthesize hundreds of online sources to create a comprehensive report in tens of minutes. Since the initial launch, we’ve made some improvements to deep research: ✅ Embedded images with citations in the output ✅ Better at understanding and referencing uploaded files Share a 🔗 link to your deep research chat in the comments and let us know: What did you learn? From our new report: Students are the # 1 demographic using ChatGPT in the US. Learning and school-related work are their top use cases. These use cases are reflective of how the first wave of students are leveraging ChatGPT. But there's still work to be done to help students learn how to best use these tools: 3 in 4 higher ed students told us they want more AI training and support.

We went from inquiry to a fully booked event in less than 24 hours. Now, some of our teams at OpenAI get to enjoy a fantastic night of cooking together, thanks to Parties That Cook! 🍳👩🍳 This is just one example of how AI is changing the way we work - simplifying tasks and giving us time back for the things that really need our attention (like my 3-year-old, who recently discovered the magic of a kazoo and has been serenading us ever since 🎶😅 🆘 ).
