And....we're back. Happy 2025! As we all come back online, and get oriented and calibrated to hit Q1 2025 running. Let's talk about the most fundamental challenge we all face, successful communication with diverse audiences. Many #B2B and #B2C companies are continuing to pursue growth opportunities in both existing and new markets. For all of them - whether it's a corporate website, #sales and #marketing collateral, or end user experiences - language matters. It is arguably the most critical link in building positive perceptions of a #brand and long-term relationships with #customers. But, it can be really, really hard to keep up with the demand for pinpoint accurate #translations that don't just get the vocabulary and verb forms correct. But that also assure that those translations are consistent with the brand's tone of voice, all while being precisely tailored to the regional and cultural preferences of an audience. We don't often think 'translation' when we talk '#quality'. But we need to. Especially as we continue to move aggressively towards human-centric #design, #development, and #testing. Test IO can help to seamlessly weave fast, accurate, and -affordable- translation into your #SDLCs, #content and #creative production, and your overall commitment to Quality Excellence. Meet #Fortissimo. Our solution to the challenges of language quality. https://lnkd.in/ehAbj3JX With AI-powered translation coupled with editorial validation, verification, and revision from native speakers, Fortissimo offers the best way to amplify your message’s ability to connect, engage, and influence your global audience. Fortissimo is a modern translation solution designed for today’s development and content teams. Turn up the volume with Fortissimo from Test IO! (And while we're talking translation, we can also talk about #localization and #accessibility testing - along with our bundled solutions that offer significant savings. #Localization360 which combines localization testing with translation, and #Inclusivity testing which combines localization and translation with accessibility.)

As we wind down 2024 and look ahead to 2025, we're all working on trying to intuit "What's next? Where do we need to go?". For us, we're going to be leaning hard into the path of #human-centric #quality solutions. Because at the end of the day, we're #testing things made by people, for use by people, in the hopes that we're laying foundations upon which we can let our human #creativity and #innovation fly. A past refrain in this space has been "It's not the tech, it's the people". That remains (IMHO) critical to embrace as we and the future continue to rush at one another with all the speed and grace of a bullet train. Expanding on that theme is the idea of "Not designing tech for tech's sake, but for humans' sake". Quality and testing need to follow that same guideline (again, IMHO - feel free to disagree in the Comments!). Not testing for the product's sake, but for the end user's sake. A common and shared anxiety this year, is the fear that AI will take the place of human quality experts. The below blog explores how to reframe those fears and anxieties. The best quality solutions will be built on innovative collaborations between people and other people, and people and their tools. 2024 was an incredibly exciting leap in that direction with the release of products like #EliteA and the expansion of our #crowd-based testing into #AI Infused App testing, along with aggressive adoption of other Test IO crowd solutions like our #payments and #user experience testing. 2025 promises to be even MORE exciting and even MORE #transformational for Test IO #QE and #QA. We're looking forward to leveraging our ongoing quality innovation to help quality experts like you (yes, you!), ship the best user experiences possible. Don't test for the product's sake, test for the end user's. It's not the tech, it's the people. Happy 2025! CC: Katie Barista, Ken Gordon

From our very own Yegor Yefimchyk ✅ . If you’re in the U.S. and you ship internationally, making sure the front and backends of your fulfillment systems can ably handle UK and EU addresses is critical. As is: - Making sure your systems can handle different orders of addresses, different abbreviations (e.g. ‘Street’ vs. ‘St’), zip code formatting and incomplete zip codes (5 digits vs. zip code + 4) - ID and catch incorrect zip code errors on submission - Special character support for characters like ‘.’ and ‘-‘ - Correctly parsing identical abbreviations like “LA” (for Los Angeles) and “LA” (Louisiana) - Rural addresses that don’t follow the expected typical Street address formatting - Integration with major carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS And so on. If you ship, your business and your customers are dependent on your fulfillment systems and system integrations working flawlessly. We should talk. In the EU? Hit up Yegor there. In the U.S.? Corey O'Rourke or Matt Ruhl are your Huckleberries. Test IO: For a Better Night’s Sleep
"Around the World in 80 Bugs" 🐞🌍 And the first country of the series is going to be... drum roll... the United Kingdom! Are you from the UK? Ever wondered why your parcels keep vanishing into thin air, or why your pizza delivery ends up being an unintentional gift to your neighbor? 🍕📦 Well, you might have encountered the infamous UK Address Formatting Bug. It’s no Loch Ness Monster; it’s real and meddling with things it shouldn’t! In the UK, addresses can get, well... quirky! From terraces and closes to lanes, the addressing system is as complex as a British roundabout. This often leaves apps confused, causing them to mess up deliveries or incorrectly match services. Being in the crowdtesting field, I’ve seen firsthand how addressing this bug can make a world of difference. Streamlining this one element significantly enhances user experience. Is your company working with the UK market, and have you experienced the same issue? Let's have a chat, and I would be glad to share more about how we handle it 😁 #UKTech #Crowdtesting #SoftwareTesting #QualityAssurance #BugHunting #TechInsights #UserExperience #DigitalTransformation #ECommerce #DeliveryInnovation #TechCommunity

Bluesky Social seems to rapidly be shaping up into something positive and, just, nice. Friendly. Interesting. Kind. So if you’re interested, you can find us over there. It’s an experiment. A test run. We’ll see how it goes. But the hope is that it will make for a great community building and sharing channel. If you decide to join and follow, do please introduce yourself. It would be great to get to know you and talk testing. Because it’s not the tech, it’s the people. People like you.

Here in the U.S., we’re coming up on our Thanksgiving holiday. We’re supposed to pause and reflect on the things we’re thankful for. I get to be thankful every day all year ‘round for this crew. Who, granted, could maybe discover some colors other than ‘black’ to add to their respective wardrobes. 😇🥰 Happy Thanksgiving to all our U.S. based family, friends, coworkers, colleagues, collaborators, and clients. We are grateful for each and every one of you. #TestIOPride #TestIOGratitude

Our very own Yegor Yefimchyk ✅ is kicking off his version of “#Crowdtesting - Believe It or Not” with this week’s look at size vs. application of the Test IO #Community.
Hi, I'm Yegor. I'm on the lookout for people and teams that are either unfamiliar with crowdtesting or who have a mixed impression of this service! That's why I've decided to start debunking some stereotypes and myths about it by addressing one each week and setting the record straight. So let's break some stereotypes! 😉 I'd like to kick off this series of posts with a stereotype that my team and I face literally every day when talking to people about crowdtesting. It usually goes something like this: "Oh, I see your pool of testers includes more than 400k people worldwide; I'm afraid our app/website will simply crash in the first seconds of testing..." I have to admit, I would also start to worry if someone told me they were going to test my product with a crowd of 400k people... Good news – we are NOT going to test your app with all of these people! I mean, we wouldn't be able to, even if we wanted to 😅. Typically, one test run includes only 20 to 30 testers, unless a different number is requested by a client. Bad news – even with just 20 testers, we will most likely still find enough critical bugs to catch your attention 😎. So, I hope you have one less nightmare to worry about now! Don't you? 😅

I know I keep saying it, but I’m going to keep saying it because they all deserve it. Companies can copy each others’ products, services, and processes. But what they can’t duplicate are the amazing human beings who are working and collaborating towards shared goals and exciting customer success stories. EPAM Systems and #TestIO are built on the brains, ingenuity, innovation, patience, perseverance, and comeraderie of some of the smartest, cleverest, and kindest people you could ever hope to work with. And that #human powered Network of Excellence extends outward to include our global Test IO #Community which is the foundation of our leading #crowd solutions. End of the day, it’s not the #tech. It’s the #people. When you #test with us, you are literally #testing with some of the objectively best of the best, like Maryna Didkovska.
