    Recently, I've been thinking about how you might run my online service based business like a SaaS product instead of a traditional agency... Initially, I was going to create things like '1-click onboarding' systems to minimize admin work, but I thought I'd take it a step further. SaaS founders get to skip a lot of the manual work that traditional businesses need to do such as onboarding. That got me thinking, how "what's better than a 1-click system?" Introducing my '0-click client management' system for service based businesses. It's designed to do a few things: 1️⃣ When a new customer is created in Stripe, it will also create a contact item in ClickUp and Directus. I add a contact item to ClickUp so I can benefit from their relationship feature and link contacts to certain tasks. 2️⃣ If a payment ever fails, it will update the contact information to say 'paused' and automatically email the client. When a contact is set to 'paused' in ClickUp, it will change the task status to paused as well so I know what's happening. 3️⃣ Clients can cancel service whenever they want in the stripe dashboard. Upon cancelation it will update the contact info, get all their corresponding files and resources from Directus, email the client with a zip file, and trigger an offboarding drip sequence. I'm developing an onboarding flow for new users to go through to create a even smoother experience, with a self-service portal to go along with it. This simple n8n automation that gives me one less thing to worry about while running my business.
