AI is changing how product teams work—strategy, process, roles, even team dynamics. We’re feeling it too! So we started asking around: what’s changing, what’s sticking, where do we go from here? We’ll share what we’ve been working on with newsletter subscribers tomorrow. Sign up to get it: https://lnkd.in/gg4tZi75

You don’t need “tips.” You need the actual words to say when a stakeholder’s strong opinion is pulling things off track. Tomorrow’s Balsamiq newsletter gives you just that. Subscribe now to get it: https://lnkd.in/er3KXbVa

Our April newsletter drops tomorrow. It’s about what happens when you stop being the maker and start being responsible for clarity. Featuring lessons from Peldi’s “$6.6M SaaS” talk and what we’re learning as Balsamiq keeps growing. Sign up to get it: https://lnkd.in/er3KXbVa

Two projects in Balsamiq go a long way—with unlimited wireframes in each, teams can get a lot done. But when work spans multiple features, client projects, or internal initiatives, two projects can start feeling limiting. That’s when teams: 😵💫 Cram multiple things into one project 🥴 Copy-paste wireframes into docs (and hoping no one loses the link) 🫥 Delete old work just to make space The NEW 5-project plan gives you more room to work, without overcomplicating things. More projects. Same simplicity. No per-user fees. It starts at $22/month, perfect whether you're solo or a team of ten. Check it out: https://lnkd.in/dB24PBm5

Sure, AI can churn out code at warp speed. But without clear wireframes, you're often stuck fixing the outputs for hours. Maybe even days. Worse, weeks. Our next newsletter covers why smart founders, PMs, and engineers use wireframes more than ever (yes, even in 2025). Sign up to get it: https://lnkd.in/er3KXbVa

Balsamiq reposted this
Just had a great mentoring session with Giacomo (Peldi) Guilizzoni , founder of Balsamiq ! As I work toward launching GainGuardian, his insights on product development and go-to-market strategy were invaluable. Peldi shared his experience growing from solo founder to successful CEO, and offered practical advice on validating ideas without patents. His suggestion to start with a minimal version that customers can try before investing in hardware resonated with me. If you're building a bootstrapped business and get the chance to speak with Peldi, don't hesitate. He cuts through the startup noise with practical wisdom that only comes from actually building something meaningful.

You thought the team was aligned. You thought the decision was clear. Then the Slack messages start rolling in: ❌ “Wait… this isn’t what we wanted.” ❌ “Can we tweak this real quick?” ❌ “Actually, the devs interpreted it differently.” Sound familiar? Rework isn’t a mistake. It’s a symptom—of decisions that were never really made. And it’s costing your team more than you think. In tomorrow’s newsletter, we’re breaking down: ✅ Why rework keeps happening (and why it’s NOT an execution problem) ✅ A 5-minute fix that catches misalignment before it leads to wasted dev time ✅ How we use wireframes internally to ship faster, with fewer surprises Plus, behind the scenes of our redesign. We did it. We gave Balsamiq a facelift. And unlike a bad reboot of your favorite TV show, we kept the heart. What’s new? ✅ New branding for our new chapter! ✅ A cleaner, smoother UI. ✅ New wireframe templates to get you started faster. ✅ A redesigned website that won’t make you dig for help docs. And if you’re feeling nostalgic for the old look…just know we still love a fat marker wireframe. Check it out: balsamiq.com
