Continuous reinvention has been essential at Best Buy. Hear from CEO Corie Barry as she shares Best Buy's reinvention story—and her commitment to growth and adaption—in a conversation with Julie Sweet, our Chair & CEO. https://accntu.re/3Dbyiwz [Video description: Video begins with Corie Barry, CEO of Best Buy sharing, “Customer shopping patterns have changed markedly.” The screen splits to show both Corie Barry and Julie Sweet, Accenture Chair & CEO, and then switches to footage of consumers shopping in different ways as Corie continues, “They’re much less brand loyal. They find that retail isn’t the inspiring experience it used to be. It feels a little more transactional. And heresy, they don’t need us to always be the expert. They need us to be empathetic. They need us to care. They need us to find the right solutions. And so what we are doing is re-engineering, whether that’s the in-store experience or whether that’s the digital experience around real personalized discovery. So for our whole team, when you know explicitly how you want a customer to feel, I do think you re-engineer completely how you think about going to market.” Julie Sweet shares, “It’s something that you’ve been so great at, you know, helping consumers, meeting with them where they are, being able to bring them different kinds of technology delivered in lots of different ways.” Against a white background, the word “REINVENTED” appears. The “V” turns on its side to become the Accenture “Greater Than” logo, which zooms out to reveal the full text: “REINVENTED WITH Accenture”],

[Video description: The video begins with a purplish-blue background and the words on-screen, “Accenture presents”. The screen then shows a purple “Greater Than” sign with the text, “Reinventing the play call for game-changing results”. The video switches to NFL game footage from a previous game this season between the Washington Commanders and Cincinnati Bengals. “Quarterback Jayden Daniels threw for over 250 yards and two scores against the Bengals thanks to receivers like Terry McLaurin. But for one of those touchdowns, instead of a receiver, he threw to one of his tackles, Trent Scott, a key play in the Commander's win.” The screen switches to a computer-generated scene of a football player in purple pointillism style throwing an NFL football to another player who catches the ball as the voice-over says, “Every day, Accenture helps businesses reinvent and is proud to be the official business and technology consulting partner of the NFL.” The video ends with the Accenture and NFL logos in the middle of the screen above the text, "Official Business and Technology Consulting Partner of the NFL”]
